Pretty Decent Admin may use carefully selected AI tools to support limited tasks such as brainstorming, drafting or improving general wording.

AI is used as a support tool only. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed, checked and refined by me before it is shared with a client. I remain responsible for the accuracy, suitability and quality of all work delivered.

I do not currently enter client personal, sensitive or confidential information into AI tools. Client information continues to be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, Client Services Agreement and any applicable Data Processing Schedule.
